1. What is the exact location of the plots?
Ans:
Honey Dews: Located in Maale village, in Raigad District, approx. 11 kms from Neral station, 16 kms from Matheran and 90 Kms from Santacruz Airport, Mumbai.
2. What are the Plot Sizes?
Ans:
Min. 2500 sq. ft. to 5000 sq. ft. max. (Non-Agricultural bungalow plots).Plot can be purchased jointly and severally and their names are drawn on 7/12 extract accordingly.
3. What is the current state of development?
Ans:
The development activity is going on in full swing and very soon you will find a classic change in overall scenario within 24 months.
4. How many projects company is handling?
Ans:
Currently 6 projects.
5. How to reach to your project? Tell me the convenient routes?
Ans:
- Route By Road:- From Mumbai towards old Pune Highway, Take a left turn from N.D. Film Studio, go straight towards karjat Phata, Then left turn towards Neral, (Ask for Maale village for quick reference).
- Route By Train:- To reach project you can pick up trains from Kalyan station to Neral station or Dadar station to Neral station.
6. Please tell me the clear idea of pricing of plots in your different project?

7. Is there any buy back policy or can we sell the plots to others or can company sells our plots to others on behalf of us or can we change the plot?
Ans:
- There is buy back policy .We will provide 15% appreciation on price on our buyback offer, if it is referenced in the contract between company and the purchaser.
- You can sell the plot to any one when the total amount is paid and you have got the plot registered in your name.
- Company can also sell your plot, but then the company will charge commission plus service tax.
- You can change the plot, not only in the same project but also from one project to other project, developed by company depending on the plot availability and rate variation.
8. Do company provide site visit? If yes, then from where and what time?
Ans:
Company provides site visit on Saturday and Sunday at 9 A.M. starting from our office. Special site visits are also provided in weekdays too on prior appointment basis.
9. How many plots are there in your project?
Ans:
325 Plots under the process of N.A.
10. Where will the registration be held?
Ans:
Registration be held at Karjat
11. Can we construct house on our plot?
Ans:
Yes, after the construction permission is procured from the collector.
12. How much the value can be appreciated in future?
Ans:
On an average 30% p.a. More over the land is situated in golden triangle, where the price definitely will be appreciated.
13. Are papers clear under 7/12 and do company carry a clear title on all land?
Ans:
All the Titles are clear under 7/12. You can bring your lawyer and check the papers for your satisfaction.
14. What are the facilities company is providing in different projects?
Ans:
Company is providing all the international standard amenities and facilities such as Garden, Children's Playground, Internal Roads, water connection and electricity supply etc.
15. What is E.D.C and P.L.C?
Ans:
- E.D.C is External Development Charges, which is utilized not only for necessities. But also for providing the above mentioned facilities and for the general development of the area.
- P. L.C is Preferred Location Charge. When a plot is situated like: 1- A corner Plot, 2- Garden facing plot, 3- Amenities facing plot, 4- Closer to River Bank plot, 5- Main Road facing plot etc., the PLC is charged.
16. What are the nearby locations?
Ans:
Honey Dews: Neral Station-11Kms, Matheran- 16 kms, Lonavla Khandala 45 Kms, Newly sanctioned Panvel Airport- 45 kms, Pune-90 kms.
17. Number of Projects Company has done earlier?
Ans:
Earlier Company was into the acquisition of land and recently the company has ventured into the land development and land transaction. At present company handling 6 projects.
18. What is the position of F.S.I in Plots?
Ans:
In case of N A Plots- 100%
19. Is E.M.I negotiable?
Ans:
Yes, depends upon the mutual understanding between you and company.
20. What is the size of honey dews projects?

21. What is mode of Payment?
Ans:
